Blackberry. I can’t get blackberry here. Give me blackberry ice cream. Not gelato, sorbet or frozen dessert whatsits. Blackberry as an ice cream flavor.

Tillamook had a huckleberry ice cream that I still have hungry dreams about, too. Berries beyond the usual blueberry/strawberry/cherry are my thing.

I’d imagine that would sell well in Scotland. Is it an ice cream or water based- I’m curious about the flavour.

We’ve done Cider ice cream but it’s not a big seller & it’s a challenge to get right with the additional water (& alcohol) content.

There are many places that make their own Irn Bru ice cream but Barr do make their own Irn Bru lollies which is a mix if ice cream and sorbet.
